Returns/Exchanges are for defective merchandise only. Returns/Exchanges must be made within 14 days to unwashed, unworn items only, that still have all original tags intact. No articles will be accepted for return without a return authorization number written on the package. All sale items are final. Please check our sizing chart before you order. If accepted, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If accepted, exchanges are subject to a $15.00 recutting fee for each item exchanged. The customer is responsible for the return/exchange shipping costs to/from Skating Designs.

A special order is an order that you place that is not available for purchase via the web site. All sales of special-ordered dresses are non-refundable/non-exchangeable. Please reconfirm your size prior to ordering because size exchanges are not allowed. An additional $15.00 cutting fee is added to all special item orders.

Coupons can be used if the shopping cart contains at minimum of $100 not including shipping costs. Coupon values are only applied to item costs, but not shipping costs. Gift certificates do not require a minimum dollar amount in the shopping cart to be accepted. Note however, if the cart amount is less than the gift certificate value, the customer will lose the difference. Gift certificates are applied to item costs, but not shipping costs. In order to process payments with coupons/gift certificates through paypal, the total shipping cost may be spread across items purchased because paypal does not allow a $0.00 amount on any item purchased.

If your item is in stock, the item will ship within two to three business days. If your item is not in stock, expect delivery within four weeks. Please contact us to determine the vailability of your item.

If your item is not in stock and you wish to receive your item in less than four weeks, please contact us for details about our additional rush charges.

Sales Tax will be applied to all Colorado residents.

Customer information remains solely with the company. Skating Designs does not sell mailing lists.

Skating Designs will do its utmost to use the actual fabric that is pictured on this website. Occasionally however, fabric becomes unavailable, and dye lots change. If this occurs, the company retains the right to substitute another fabric or trim of the same quality in lieu of the original item ordered. Skating Designs also retains the right to change prices on any item because of increases in fabric cost, fabric unavailability, or extenuating circumstances.

Please contact us about the alterations you need. Shipping and handling charges will apply, even if the alteration is free of charge.
